Diversatek has an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Intern at our corporate location in Milwaukee, WI. This is a part-time, on-site internship offering a flexible work schedule during the school year with the potential to work more hours during school breaks. As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will get hands-on recruitment experience working closely with the HR Specialist and the rest of the HR team to identify top talent, share Diversatek career opportunities, and onboard new hires.

Invested in a broad and ever-growing line of medical technologies, Diversatek manufactures and markets products and solutions for diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, and medical device OEMs. Diversatek owns and operates administrative, manufacturing, and distribution facilities in Wisconsin, Colorado, Belgium, Brazil and Saigon, Vietnam.
You will have the opportunity to:
- Identify new and creative ways to source top talent
- Manage job postings and screen candidates for select roles
- Coordinate and schedule interviews for select roles
- Assist with new hire orientation, including being the point person for new employee onboarding questions
- Assist with hiring events as necessary
- Participate in other projects as business needs arise
Qualifications:
- Current undergraduate student in pursuit of a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college, preferably with a Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, or a related field with a status of at least Sophomore level
- Must be willing to commit to 15 – 20 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 1st Shift
- Ability to provide own transportation between home and work office location
- Self-motivated, able to work independently, but also an incredible team player
- Dependable with a strong desire to exceed expectations
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
- Attention to detail, ability to follow up, and strong data entry skills
- Proficient in Windows software applications
- Ability to understand the basics of our technology systems
